Every VILERA order ships free across Australia. No minimum spend. No code needed. No fine print. S to 5XL — same free shipping, every time.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. International shipping is coming — follow @wearvilera for the announcement.
2. Made to Order — What That Means for You
Every VILERA piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed, through our fulfilment partner Printful. We don't hold pre-made stock.
Your order goes into production, gets made, quality-checked, and shipped directly to your door. It takes a little longer than off-the-shelf — and that's intentional. You're getting something made for you.
3. How Long Will It Take?

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays and remote locations can affect timing. Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
4. Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow it. Haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of ordering? Email us at contact@vilera.com.au and we'll chase it down.
5. New Drops & Peak Periods
During new drop launches or high-demand periods, production may take a little longer than usual. We'll give you a heads-up via our site and @wearvilera if anything significant changes — so you're never left wondering.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, email contact@vilera.com.au immediately with your order number — we'll do everything we can to correct it before production starts.
Once production has begun, address changes aren't always possible. We're not able to reship orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll always try to help find a solution.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order looks lost or arrives damaged, email contact@vilera.com.au with your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging — it helps us resolve things faster. We'll work with Printful and the carrier to make it right.
