Your privacy matters to us. We handle your personal information with care, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy is written in plain English. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. No surprises.
2. What We Collect
From you directly
When you shop with us or get in touch, we may collect:

- Email address
- Shipping address
- Phone number (if you provide it)
- Payment information — processed securely, we never store full card details
- Order history (what you bought, in what size)
- Messages and enquiries you send us
Automatically
When you visit our site, we also collect:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- Your device type and browser
- Your IP address
- How you found us (e.g. via Instagram, Google)
- Cookies (more on these in Section 7)
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
3. Why We Use It
We use your information to:
- Process and fulfil your orders
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking info
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Process your payment securely

- Send marketing emails — only with your consent, always with an unsubscribe option

4. Who We Share It With
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Full stop. We share it only with the trusted partners we need to run the business:

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it, or as required by law. Order records are typically kept for at least 7 years for tax compliance. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Section 8.

9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information: HTTPS encryption across the entire site, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and limited internal access to customer data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site links to other websites from time to time. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their privacy practices — check their policies before sharing anything personal.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the site means you're on board with any updates.
