By using vilera.com.au or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We've written them to be as clear as possible — if anything's confusing, just ask.
1. Who We Are
VILERA is a premium Australian streetwear brand built around one principle: inclusive sizing. S to 5XL — same garment, same quality, same price. Always.
Every product is made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful.
2. Using Our Website
2.1 Who can shop
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, or shopping with a parent or guardian's consent.
2.2 Fair use
We just ask that you use the site lawfully and respectfully. That means not:
- Reproducing or commercially using our content without written permission
- Doing anything that damages or disrupts the site
- Attempting to access systems you're not authorised to access
- Using bots or scrapers to extract data
2.3 Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure. Spotted something suspicious? Let us know at contact@vilera.com.au straight away.
3. Products
3.1 Availability
All products are made to order — we don't hold pre-made stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3.2 Product descriptions
We do our best to describe every product accurately. If something arrives and doesn't match what you expected, email us and we'll sort it out.
3.3 Sizing
Every VILERA product is available S through 5XL at the same price — no exceptions, no size surcharge, ever. A size guide is on the site. Check it before ordering, and if the fit isn't right, we offer exchanges within 30 days.
3.4 Hand embroidery
Every VILERA garment features hand embroidery. Minor natural variations in positioning or thread density are part of the craft — they're not defects, they're character.
4. Orders
4.1 Placing an order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4.2 Confirmation
You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed — that's an acknowledgement of receipt, not formal acceptance. We formally accept your order when it enters production.
4.3 Cancellations
Because every piece is made specifically for you, please request cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. Once production starts, we can't cancel. Email contact@vilera.com.au with your order number immediately if you need to cancel.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to update pricing or correct errors at any time.
5.2 GST
VILERA is not currently registered for GST — our revenue sits below the $75,000 threshold. Prices shown are final.
5.3 Payment options
We accept Credit/Debit Card (via Shopify Payments), PayPal, Revolut Pay, and Afterpay. Full payment is required before your order enters production.
5.4 Payment security
Payments are handled securely by our payment partners. We never store your full card details on our systems.
6. Shipping
Free shipping on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum spend, no exceptions. We ship to Australia only at this time. Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days from order date.

7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full — nothing in these Terms limits them.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 What we own
Everything on this site — the VILERA name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and graphics — is owned by Micheal Higgins and VILERA, protected under Australian copyright and trademark law. VILERA is a registered Australian trademark: No. 2625198, Class 25. Filed 11 February 2026.
8.2 What you can't do
Please don't copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our written consent. Unauthorised use of our name or branding may result in legal action.
8.3 Your content
If you share content with us — reviews, photos, feedback — you give us permission to use it in our business and marketing. We'll never misrepresent it or take it out of context.
9. Liability
9.1 Honest limitations
We do our absolute best, but the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond what Australian law requires. We can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
9.2 Our limit
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or data — arising from using the site or our products.
9.3 Your ACL rights are always intact
Nothing in this section removes or limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights always apply.
10. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept any updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
